Lars Oste 52de6695c2 docs(readme): auf aktuellen Stand (7 Plugins, Baukaesten, Self-Update) 
- Plugin-Tabelle vervollstaendigt: Cyberpunk 2077, DSP, Schedule I,
  RenPyAssist ergaenzt (waren nicht drin).
- Kernprinzip Row-Konsistenz + Detail-Dialog + KI-Zusammenfassung
  in der Kurzbeschreibung sichtbar gemacht.
- „Wie fange ich an" um Self-Update (v1.19.0) + PluginIndex-Auto-
  Refresh (v1.19.1) erweitert.
- Fuer-Plugin-Entwickler-Sektion: 5 Host-Baukaesten (Nexus, Ai,
  Images, Workshop, Card-Look) statt Skill-Repo-Link (Skills sind
  lokal, keine oeffentlichen Repos).
- REST-API-Sektion mit dem opt-in Kommando-Beispiel.
